The role will include: Ensuring that all children attending the setting are happy, healthy and safe. Working as a room leader and implementing our nursery curriculum. Observing, supporting and extending children's learning. Helping lead and work as part of a team to provide an enabling environment. Providing high standards of quality within the nursery. Maintaining accurate and effective children's records. Experience of working in partnership with parents/carers and family members. Demonstrating good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion. Ensuring compliance with all legislation related to special needs, safeguarding and Health and Safety. We are seeking a Level 3 or above - Early Years Educator to deliver outstanding childcare, as well as providing a hands-on, fun, creative and innovative environment for the children within our care. About you - The ideal applicant must: Be Level 3 qualified. Be warm, caring & passionate about working in early years. Be enthusiastic and positive (always see the glass half full). Bring high energy to every task and a solution-driven approach to problems. Have extensive knowledge and understanding of safeguarding. Have experience of working with children, families and outside agencies. Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted.
