Main duties of the job
We offer wards that cater for acute admissions, assessment and treatment of dementia care, psychiatric intensive care, and rehabilitation inpatient services. You would be required to work on a rotational shift basis, which includes days and nights.
You will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team and have an ethos of collaborative working between individual service users, carers, and other stakeholders.

Appropriate Mental Health related qualification, or willingness to complete an apprenticeship appropriate to the Clinical Support Worker role Will work towards the appropriate mental health related NVQ level 3 once in post or equivalent experience To demonstrate a range of work procedures and practices and to exhibit your knowledge and abilities Completion of or commitment to complete the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 3 months of start date) Desirable
