Your next adventure awaits here As a Product Owner at Questel, you will play a crucial role in developing our Equinox IPMS suite, especially our product for large corporations, Equinox Corporate +. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Operating within an agile environment, the Product Owner will be responsible for defining and managing features development and ensuring successful delivery of value to our customers. You will report to the Product Manager. Your main responsibilities: Enhancement request management: gather feedback from diverse stakeholders and actively challenge priorities. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on market trends and customer needs. Scope definition: write project proposals with a clear scope, business case, cost, requirements, delivery schedule, communicate/validate with stakeholders. Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business, marketing, sales, and customers) and the development team. Support and guidance for the dev team. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. Validation of completed development. Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria to ensure they meet quality standards. Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Create features documentation to feed the user knowledge base. Communication: Communicate product updates, delivery timelines, and risks effectively. Make sure Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders (Sales) have the info they need about the new features. Post release reviews: internal/external feedback, sales stats, communicate findings. The perfect match... Previous experience within the Intellectual Property sector. Strong understanding of IP software, ideally with IPMS. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong communication skills.
