Supply Chain Demand Analyst

you will be responsible for GK retail food forecasting, availability and supplier management within the supply chain. Job Description This role is a Professional (PT) Career Band Your role as Supply Chain Demand Analyst Responsible for all product forecasts for new menus and key events with our distributor and suppliers, and key internal stakeholders. Lead for analysis of menu forecasts post launch, adjusting and communicating changes to forecast where required. Owner for residual stock management and controls in place, ensuring processes are adhered to, finding the best route to dispose of promotions, relisting, recipe changes or charity donations. Responsible for ensuring any business-critical product issues flagged to the business as owner of availability. Responsible for planning and forecasting for circa £200m of product per annum for all key events, menu changes and new concepts, ensuring delivery plans are aligned to pub demand to minimise residual stock and shelf life issues. Lead for analysis of slow moving products with business recommendations to ensure the product range remains fit for purpose and our network can support the product range from a space/layout perspective. Owner of supplier meetings to improve performance where required and build stronger relationships that underpin our department ambition. What you'll bring: Previous supply chain experience and proven record of delivering excellent service and key events in a fast-paced environment. Ideally experience in a multi-temperature network. Strong understanding of the forecasting principles across a range of multi-temperature product ranges. Proven experience of working with a 3PL collaboratively to successfully deliver large key events. An analytical mindset. Attention to detail.
