About the Role You will play a vital part in supporting national office strategies. Your responsibilities will include working with national offices to grow relationships with institutional donors, identifying funding opportunities and developing partnerships with external organisations to form robust consortia for funding applications. This role offers a unique chance to drive impactful collaborations and strategic alignment within a dynamic global context. Key areas of responsibility include: Strategic Engagement Institutional Funding Acquisition Support Facilitate the building of in-country consortium partners Support the delivery of sponsorship and Private Funded programmes About You With a proven understanding of development theory, policy and practice, in development and fragile contexts, you will have experience of: Working in a cross-cultural context in a developing country, experience in West Africa or Asia is particularly desirable Building and maintaining relationships with institutional donors Influencing numerous stakeholders at multiple levels Portfolio management Please upload your CV of full employment history explaining any gaps of employment and reasons for leaving your previous employer.
