To execute inventory control measures to ensure that raw materials, finished goods and packaging stocks are fully accounted, consumed, and correctly located.
Provide administrative support for the cycle count program and the local Purchasing team.
What you’ll do:
Stock administration management, data review, and input
Provide administrative support to Purchasing
Process manual transactions
Audit, correct, close, and file work order records
Process manual inventory transactions
Administrative support for Cycle Counts
Interact with various areas of the company, including Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning
What you’ll bring:
Similar work experience in stock/data management/processing
Familiarity with ERP systems and stock control procedures
Experience with purchasing responsibilities and dealing with suppliers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate knowledge of Excel
Analytical thinking, organizational savvy, planning and priority setting, strategic thinking, initiating action, and accountability
Ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally, and completely, both verbally and in writing
