We are looking for a Business Intelligence Data Manager who will support the Head of Business Intelligence in the analysis of multiple sources of data to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making within Valeo Foods UK. This role is mostly internally facing (80%) with a view to be an independent authority that informs, educates, shapes, and recommends. This role will interact with a wide scope of stakeholders, divisions, and across all levels. This role also includes externally-facing responsibilities (20%) to showcase Valeo's latest knowledge and insight to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Lead the update and delivery of Monthly Business Reports. Provide analytical thinking that will shape how Valeo Foods UK successfully delivers its strategy. Lead and manage a number of research projects. Support in the development and roll-out of a “Valeo way” for business intelligence: a common approach for all divisions on all matters related to business intelligence (e.g. share reporting, marketing fundamentals, sales fundamentals). Support with business intelligence for the annual strategy cycle. Work with data agencies and insight partners to ensure consistency and accuracy of the data provided. Lead the roll-out of data usage across the business, through training and support for users – Marketing, Sales. Support in the development and refresh of the category vision for all category groups. PO generation and tracking in the management of the category budget. This is a hybrid role which requires travel across our UK sites, including Pontefract, Norwich, and Wallingford. Qualifications

Exceptional analytical thinking, including mastery in business intelligence tools and databases. Capacity to create and embrace change. Collaboration skills including the capacity to tell people what they need to hear. Personal Best: capacity to seek to be better tomorrow than we are today. Strong business acumen to connect data with business reality. Strong adaptability to operate at all levels of the organisation and all category groups. Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal. Experienced data analyst. Experience in data providers and business intelligence tools. Experience in interacting with stakeholders at all different levels within the organisation. Proven track record of creating and delivering data-driven insights that drove decisions.
