Support the Category Management team to win in the market by developing shared category vision and category development plans to drive growth for both our customers and Kerry DCF. Be the voice of the shopper within our business. Own category reporting, provide clarity on market performance, innovation and changing pricing dynamics. Work with our customers to build collaborative relationships to drive long term and sustainable category growth. Influence our customers through consumer and shopper insight to shape their range, merchandising, price and promotion plans. We are looking for a Category Executive to join our Branded Dairy team as we continue to drive category growth through our brands and with our customers. The successful candidate will support the Category Management team across Branded Dairy while developing their own customer relationships. Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Build collaborative and independent relationships with key customer stakeholders (buyers, merchandisers) to become a trusted partner. Analyse and interpret multiple customer and shopper data sources to generate actionable insights on category risks and opportunities. Deliver key category and customer reporting. Build a network of relationships both internally and with key customers. Qualifications and skills

Strong communication and relationship building skills. Highly curious and driven to understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’. Analytically minded with good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Strong presentation skills and an ability to influence others through storytelling. A commitment to learning and personal development.
