MMP Consultancy currently has an opportunity for a
Maintenance Surveyor
to join a Housing Association. This will be an interim position paying £35p/h Umbrella.
This will be a 6-9 months interim contract which will involve working in a patch primarily across Kent and south of the M25. This will be a 100% remote working role.

Responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation, consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders in the region.
