This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on creativity. From pitch responses to campaign delivery, you’ll push boundaries, ensuring ideas are innovative, impactful, and culturally resonant. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Strategy and Business Directors to develop creative strategies and challenge briefs. Lead ideation sessions, inspiring the team to deliver innovative, award-winning campaigns. Oversee the creative process from concept to activation, ensuring high-quality execution. Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the creative journey and delivering impactful results. Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and open culture. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering social-first, influencer-led campaigns. A strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital, social, and influencer projects for major brands. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro a plus). A collaborative, proactive, and culturally aware approach to creative challenges.
