The Role As a Delivery Lead, you will be an integral part of our project management team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of tech projects using a variety of methodologies with support from your line manager and wider team plus on the job learning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Facilitate the generation of solutions, validating and prioritising before driving implementation. Define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation. Build and lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring collaboration among team members. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or changes. Ensure that the project's deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the project has the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel. Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track. Address issues and obstacles that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency. Use influencing and communication skills to guide and motivate stakeholders through complex challenges and projects. Anticipate problems based on previous learning. Guide others to find the correct solutions. Facilitate resolution of difficult issues through positive conflict. Demonstrate tenacity and drive. Be hands-on and committed to driving resolution. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience within a retail ecommerce environment. Project Management certifications (APM/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM).
