About the Role: As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the catalyst for growth by finding, qualifying, and onboarding new accounts. You’ll dig deep to uncover customer pain points and transform them into business opportunities. Once on board, accounts will be passed to the account development team for further expansion. You’ll utilise CRM tools and a range of tech solutions to track your achievements and capture essential information. What You’ll Do: Identify and onboard new accounts to fuel our growth Qualify prospects and convert opportunities into business leads Capture data and insights in our CRM and tech stack to track progress Collaborate closely with the account development team for smooth transitions Must-Have Qualifications: 12-24 months experience in sales. Ideally in a full cycle role Self-awareness and adaptability – what worked yesterday might not work tomorrow Exceptional written and oral communication skills Familiarity with basic sales tools (Sales Navigator) Driven, people-oriented, and ambitious with a growth mindset Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and passion for problem-solving Next steps: Hit apply.
