Introduction

At Crumb, our mission is to provide pet owners with complete peace of mind. Our smart tag gives owners the comfort that if their furry friend ever goes missing, they have the highest possible chance of being reunited. Crumb launched in 2022, growing quickly and attracting attention. We have a presence in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, and we’re launching in the EU later this year. We combine innovative technology with a passion for pets to create products that make a difference. We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us grow our online presence and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Content Creation

Develop, record, and edit engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Create a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns. Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that showcase our products and brand personality. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and leverage them to grow our audience. Community Engagement

Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Run social media competitions, campaigns, and collaborations to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and interact with other pet-related pages and communities to build relationships and visibility. Gather and share user-generated content (with permission) to foster a sense of community. In-Person Events

Represent Crumb at pet shows, meetups, and other relevant events. Set up and manage booths or displays, interact with attendees, and promote our products. Capture live content (photos, videos, and stories) during events to share on social media. Network with event organisers, influencers, and potential partners to expand our reach. Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyse social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights to optimise content and strategy. Use data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement. Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design (experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for pets and familiarity with pet-related communities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel and attend in-person events as needed. Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences. Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working in the pet industry or with pet-related brands. Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. What We Offer:

Competitive salary and outstanding benefits package. Opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Chance to make a real impact in a growing company. How To Apply:

If you’re passionate about pets, social media, and community building, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your CV, portfolio (if applicable), and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role.
