South (ideally based London & South East) Remuneration:
£55,000 + £20,000 bonus Benefits:
Mercedes C-Class / BMW equivalent company car & comprehensive benefits package The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Metal Roofing will involve: Technical Regional Sales Manager sales position selling a high quality range of metal roofing & guttering systems Working on predominantly refurbishment projects within both the industrial and commercial sectors Majority of your time will be focused on selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owners, or FM companies The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling directly to / offering technical support to roofing installers and contractors Dealing with order values ranging from £5k-£300k+ Contributing to a team turnover of circa £15m Providing in depth technical support and advice on site The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Metal Roofing with: Must have sold metal roofing systems Must have experience selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owners, or FM companies, roofing installers, and roofing contractors Would consider a technical guru with no field sales experience Must have experience working on refurbishment projects Ideally have construction site experience Ability to hunt for new projects whilst also building and retaining relationships along the way Ability to sell a technical solution rather than on price Job Info Company:
