Location: UK-based with global travel (Must be within 1 Hour of major airport)

Salary: Basic up to £36k (OTE = Circa £50k)

Core Hours: Monday to Friday Days (Can be away from home for weeks at a time)

Are you an experienced and multi-skilled Field Service Engineer with a passion for travel and cutting-edge industrial machinery? Join our global team and work on state-of-the-art processing and manufacturing equipment across the world. As a Worldwide Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial processing and manufacturing machinery at customer sites globally. You'll provide expert technical support and ensure equipment performs to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

Install, commission, and service industrial processing/manufacturing machinery. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on-site. Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment use and maintenance. Travel worldwide to client sites, often at short notice, ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Complete detailed service reports and uphold the company's high standards of customer care.

Skills Required for the Field Service Engineer: Multi-skilled expertise: Electrical qualification is essential, along with mechanical proficiency. Experience: Proven background in servicing and maintaining industrial processing/manufacturing machinery. Travel-ready: Must hold a valid UK driving licence and passport, with a willingness to travel globally. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Flexibility: Comfortable working in diverse environments and managing a variable schedule.
