Ensuring all staff are trained to the required levels. Implementing and managing audits and care plans. Employee relations, including staff communications, managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness. Actively ensuring the Home has the highest possible level of occupancy by utilising links with the local community, and positively marketing the Home. Managing medication. Minimum Requirements:
Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Has previous RM experience within a care home for the elderly. Is able to commit to full time hours including some weekends and evenings. Has confidence using computers/technology. Is confident with CQC inspections.
