Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute annual customer marketing and shopper activation plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. Budget Management : Oversee a shopper marketing budget of £3m, driving ROI and efficiency across campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to deliver seamless shopper initiatives. Insight-driven Execution : Leverage shopper insights and market data to create tailored in-store and online activations across various retail formats, including convenience and e-commerce. Relationship Building : Act as the key point of contact for designated retail accounts, delivering impactful brand moments at the point of sale. What We're Looking For Experience : A proven track record in branded FMCG, specifically within shopper or trade marketing. Commercial Acumen : Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data from sources like Nielsen and Kantar. Project Management : A highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
