Role overview: Solidsoft Reply is hiring an Azure Infrastructure Analyst to join our Support & Operations team. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will ensure the stability, scalability, security, and resilience of systems on the Azure platform, delivering outstanding support to Solidsoft customers. This role involves managing escalated issues and resolving complex problems with critical healthcare infrastructure built on advanced Microsoft Azure technologies. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with our global customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities: Own and manage assigned incidents through to resolution, maintaining professional communication with customers. Manage Azure infrastructure, including patching, updates, certificate, and security management. Recommend and implement service improvements aligned with business needs. Operate, troubleshoot, and enhance business systems, supporting microservices and deployments. Monitor system performance, enhance monitoring solutions, and manage technical customer issues. Collaborate with Development, QA, Product teams, clients, and vendors on escalations and resolutions. About the candidate: Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with Azure, Windows Server, cloud networks, data security, and application support. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code concepts. Strong understanding of Azure Security, Identity Management, RBAC, and network topology. Knowledge of ITIL v3 and experience in regulated environments (GAMP5 preferred).
