With a focus on innovation, precision, and quality, the company designs and manufactures CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines. As one of the few UK-based manufacturers exporting globally, they are leading the way in automation, IoT connectivity, and high-performance machining.

The day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design and manufacturing of CNC electronics, designing control panels and electrical cabinets, and testing system capabilities to ensure functionality and compliance. You will also be involved in sourcing components, hands-on prototyping, and collaborating with a small, innovative team to deliver a successful product launch.

This role would suit a Service Engineer or similar with experience in CNC or other machine tools, looking for a varied and challenging role in a start-up environment that offers the opportunity to innovate and progress with the company.

The Role: Lead the design and manufacturing of CNC electronics, control panels, and electrical cabinets. Test system capabilities and ensure functionality, compliance, and innovation. Collaborate with a small team, sourcing components, prototyping, and driving a successful product launch.
