Mechanical Supervisor / Project Engineer Location:

Southern England Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to deliver projects to the highest standards. Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance processes. Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout project life-cycles. Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within the water or utilities sector. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly within the water industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
