Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless execution. Supervise and lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance, addressing any issues promptly. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations. Requirements: Proven experience in electrical project management within the building services industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK driving license.
