Permanent / Hybrid About the Role: Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Design Engineer, responsible for designing and developing products from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability, performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design and improve mechanical systems for complex mechanisms. Develop, test, and evaluate designs with a focus on quality and efficiency. Create detailed product specifications based on test data. Collaborate with teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve technical challenges. Apply DFMA and Design for Compliance principles. Ensure products meet performance standards in specified conditions. Manage product development timelines and resolve cost, safety, and compliance issues. Facilitate smooth product transfer to production. Required Skills & Knowledge: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience. Proven product development experience with successful releases. Proficient in 3D/2D modelling and producing manufacturing drawings. Experience with machinery safety compliance and material selection. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills. Career Development: Potential for promotion to Senior Mechanical Design Engineer or leadership roles.
