Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) - Food Manufacturing Location: Leeds Salary: £48,000 + Great Benefits Package Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We're working with a leading food manufacturer in Leeds seeking an experienced engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join their high-performing maintenance team. The Role: Preventative & reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery Diagnosing and repairing electrical & mechanical faults Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency projects Working within a team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias Experience in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing environments preferred Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset What's in It for You?
