Computershare have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Communication Services team. The function provides integrated customer communication solutions worldwide. Our staff consult, design, build and orchestrate smart communications solutions, across traditional and emerging channels to help clients drive increased customer engagement and optimise operational efficiencies.

A role you will love

You will work as part of a product-focused, cross-functional delivery team where you will build open and trusted relationships with your team and stakeholders. Producing high quality process flows, user stories and other documentation and identifying risks and tracking through to resolution.

You will also facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders and end users to identify and prioritise requirements. Working within a team using a variety of analysis and modelling techniques to elaborate requirements, you will play an important role in producing and presenting high quality communications, presentations and visualisations.

You will also get involved understanding our technology solution capabilities, in demonstrating our software and acquire direct feedback from product stakeholders. Supporting in business testing to ensure readiness for change (e.g. UAT, Training, documentation etc.).

In addition, you will be contributing towards the Analyst community, embracing change and sharing knowledge with a network of stakeholders. Working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements & acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered.

Key Accountabilities Elicit, analyse, and document requirements. Create data models and business rule mapping. Write business requirement and technical specification documents. Support technical projects through the full lifecycle. What will you bring to the role?

You are a good communicator with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're able to work under pressure and set, manage and deliver within sometimes tight deadlines.

Having solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a broad range of business analysis tools and techniques - such as in-depth exposure to Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

We are looking for a background in financial services and working in a global environment. Someone that has experience managing workshops and meetings with business and technology.

In addition, you will have:

Experience in projects around system implementation to meet compliance or regulatory requirements. Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of seniority and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
