Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our team, based in Knowsley. You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum plus excellent benefits! Responsibilities for the Credit Controller will include:

Support the finance function Specialise in credit control Assist in the maintenance of cleaning the debtors ledger Assist in maximizing cash collections Ensure that cash collected is accurately allocated against customer accounts Provide comprehensive support to the Credit Controller function General administration tasks including sending out copies of invoices Run weekly and monthly performance reports Deal with customer queries Liaise with the wider business to facilitate the resolution of any queries Identification of bad debts (and overpayments) and escalate these items Maintain financial ledgers Ensure payments are reconciled in full What we are looking for in our ideal Credit Controller:

GCSE or equivalent qualification in maths & English Proven credit control and accounting software experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills specifically in Excel A strong commitment to high-quality customer service The ability to work well within a team as well as alone, showing initiative and prioritisation.
