Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and play a crucial role in the production of management accounts. You will be responsible for providing insightful reporting and commentary to non-finance stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce monthly management accounts.
Provide detailed financial analysis and commentary to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support the Financial Controller with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar finance position, specifically in management accounts. Accountancy qualification (e., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or relevant experience. Excellent reporting and communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
