Job Description Manage and coordinate all BIM related activities within the Construction Department. Implement and maintain BIM protocols and standards. Provide BIM training and support to team members. Liaise with project teams to ensure BIM deliverables are met. Oversee the development of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance BIM capabilities. Ensure compliance with industry and company BIM standards. Promote the use of BIM within the company. The Successful Applicant A successful BIM Manager should have: A degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture. Proficiency in BIM software and other digital technology. Experience in the property industry, particularly in construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities. What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £63,000 to £77,000 per annum. Generous holiday leave.
