based at Fairwater Hub, Doyle Avenue, Cardiff, CF5 3HU and Llandaff North & Gabalfa Hub, Gabalfa Avenue, Cardiff, CF14 2HU. Community Hubs provide a face-to-face service to the citizens of Cardiff with a main focus on community wellbeing. The Hubs provide help and support with Universal Credit, Welfare Benefits, Council Tax, Housing, Bus passes for the elderly and disabled, Free School Meals, Education, Bulky waste orders, as well as a variety of other council services including library provision & Community Hub events. Trainee

role, you will support our service and learn to work as part of a team to deliver a first-class service. You will develop general office administration skills, such as using Word and Excel, answering telephones, using IT daily, helping customers with their inquiries, and developing excellent customer service skills. You will assist in setting up and running community events and groups. Full training will be provided by our Team, who will help and encourage you to develop in the role. You will receive supervision and on-the-job training and will have a named mentor to support you in delivering an efficient and effective service in a positive, customer-focused manner. This role will be located within the West district of Cardiff, which includes the Community hubs of Fairwater Hub and Llandaff North & Gabalfa Hub. Please note that Community Hubs are open from 9 am – 6 pm, plus one late night a week – closing at 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am – 5:30 pm.
