About The Role
UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE Practice Plus Group are pleased to announce that they will be taking over the healthcare contract at HMP Garth, a Category B prison in Lancashire from 1st April 2025. We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Nurse to join our team there from April. The prison houses around 1500 men with a variety of health needs and within this role, you’ll be an integral part of the healthcare team. Within this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions. Salary This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive an annual salary of between £33232 and £40211 per annum depending on experience. Hours We will provide a 24 hour service at HMP Garth so you will be required to work shifts covering nights and weekends where applicable. How will we support you? Some of your duties will include: Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients Deliver personalised, non-judgmental care, based on patient feedback Undertake medication rounds Dispense controlled medication Attend emergency response situations Deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group If you are interested in
