Team Leaders

to join our dynamic team, working alongside our existing leaders to support day-to-day operations and provide exceptional support to our teams. This is a

full-time role (40 hours)

with the opportunity to work additional paid hours. The annual salary for this role is

£28,531.00-£30,862.00 , depending on experience. Role Overview

As a

Team Leader , you will: Take responsibility for a group of support staff and care packages within one of our three larger localities. Provide hands-on, front-line support, delivering guidance and advice where it matters most. Spend part of your contracted hours working directly with the People We Support, leading by example and ensuring the highest quality of care. Act as a key link between direct care staff and the operations team, influencing the direction of the organisation. We are committed to your career development, offering a
