Our fantastic Training Provider client is looking to recruit for a

Health & Social Care Assessor

to join them on a permanent basis to support the delivery of successful training to learners within the H&SC sector throughout South Wales. They are ideally looking for a

WELSH Speaker . This company is superb , and as well as being

30 days holidays per year plus bank . Candidates must have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle. This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home, office, and customer site work. What you'll be doing:

Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved. Covering a regional area, travelling to visit learners in the workplace to undertake assessments. Complete ILPs and map out learning routes for individuals. Reference and mark evidence collated in the workplace for NVQ requirements. Completion of learner attendance records and learners guided contact hours. Give additional support to trainees when required. Providing a quality learning experience and journey. Key Skills & Experience:

Occupational competencies and experience of delivery in Health & Social Care. Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices. CAVA qualifications or equivalent. ESW Communication Level 2. ESW Application of Number Level 2. Self-motivated & driven. Reliable, enthusiastic & passionate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary & Benefits:
