What We re Looking For We are seeking a compassionate and committed professional with: Proven leadership experience within a children s residential care setting. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. A minimum of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. A track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving positive Ofsted inspections.
