Regional Sales Manager – Newcastle , up to £40,000 ( inc car allowance ) + OTE £65,000 - £70,000
A fantastic opportunity currently available to join an iconic brand who are rapidly growing continuously.
Although this role would suit individuals that have multi-site management experience, we may also consider Store Managers from an assisted sales background.
You will:
Manage and motivate sales consultants across the area to drive performance
Participate in daily conference calls, motivational skills are a must
Conduct weekly 1-2-1’s and deliver coaching
Conduct branch visit’s across the region
Maintain good working relationships with key contacts
Must haves:
Full UK Driving License
Experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager role
Excellent at driving high performance through team
People management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills
Highly organised and able to multi-task
Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen
