A lot of past experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results. The ability to understand complex reports, how to put next steps in place and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives. Drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing aspects of our business. Effective communication skills to support your teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
