Our mission is to make places better for people. We help companies, services and governments make cities more playful and people-centric. Our product is a unique chat-based platform that brings to life street objects (post boxes, park benches, parking meters and - of course - lamp posts). These objects help users access dynamic information on location, enable them to give feedback and interact with locations in a new way. About the Role In the role, you will become the expert in our conversation platform, and its underlying features and functions. You will be required to collaborate with our customer team and directly with clients to implement the best version of Hello Lamp Post for their needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer goals. We’re open to junior and mid-level applicants. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery

Coordinate efforts across internal teams—including Design, Account Management, Sales, and Product Development—to ensure seamless project delivery. Serve as a bridge between the customer and internal stakeholders, translating customer requirements into actionable deliverables. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and project details in the company CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports on project status and customer satisfaction metrics. Training & Enablement

Facilitate online training sessions to empower clients to use Hello Lamp Post effectively. Equip customers with knowledge and tools to maximize the platform’s value and achieve long-term success. Identify areas for improvement in processes and tools, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation team. Stay up to date with trends in digital engagement and SaaS solutions to provide innovative ideas and recommendations. What We’re Looking For Experience: Ideally 1+ years in a project management, technical or implementation-focused role. Experience with SaaS products and familiarity with the implementation lifecycle is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities, with a strong process-driven mindset. Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. Mindset: Enthusiasm for digital innovation and leveraging technology for positive societal impact. Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and cross-functional setting. Technical Proficiency: Basic experience using code, functions or managing technical software. Familiarity with CRM systems for record-keeping and tracking customer interactions. Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar). Salary banding of £28,000-£38,000 depending on experience. We’re on a mission to make digital engagement accessible, meaningful, and impactful for communities worldwide. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with innovative technology, support diverse customers, and contribute to projects that make a real difference. If you’re passionate about tech for good and thrive on delivering exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.
