As a Senior Validation Engineer with a focus on controls and automation domain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Safety, Security, Reliability and Performance of our products and systems. You will lead validation efforts, utilizing your expertise in team leadership and execution in automated test runs and tools. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage validation activities for controls and automation products and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations e.g. ANSI/ISA18.2, ISA-95, IEC 62443. Develop and execute validation activities with comprehensive test plans and test specifications. Utilize automated testing tools e.g. JIRA XRAY, Selenium or similar. Analyse test results, identify issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve defects. Mentor and guide validation engineers, providing technical leadership and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure seamless integration of validation activities e.g. customer FAT. Maintain detailed documentation of validation processes, test results, and corrective actions. Continuously improve validation methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Industry recognized certifications e.g. ISTQB, OT Cybersecurity etc. Deep understanding and appreciation of OT Technologies & SCADA/DCS/Purdue model. Strong experience in validation engineering, with a focus on complex control systems. Proven experience with automated testing tools. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Automation & Controls Validation. Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Experience in Power, Marine, Oil and Gas, Industrial domains. Experience in Cyber Security validation and Pen Testing. You can expect from us:
