Assist in the supervision of highway construction and maintenance activities. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays. Support the preparation of site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements. Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling. Qualifications
GCSEs at grade C or higher in mathematics, English, and science, or equivalent relevant experience. Skills
A keen interest in construction and infrastructure projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
