Reporting to the Senior Disaster Recovery Project Manager, you'll lead the creation, validation, and enhancement of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and Technical Recovery Procedures (TRPs). Develop comprehensive DRPs and TRPs for mission-critical and business-critical services and applications. Validate DRPs and TRPs through Desktop Walkthrough Tests, updating documentation based on outcomes. Collaborate with Regional IT teams to gather and document both technical and non-technical information. Ensure third-party service providers' recovery capabilities align with LKQ's RTOs, securing evidence of compliance. Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery dashboard, providing data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and progress reports. Plan, scope, schedule, and execute Desktop Walkthrough Exercises to validate recovery plans. Ensure all documentation is reviewed, approved, and securely stored in a Central Document Repository. You'll bring deep expertise in IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery within large, multinational organisations. With strong technical acumen and project delivery experience, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience in IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery within FTSE 100, Fortune 500, or equivalent organisations. Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic, delivery-focused projects involving diverse teams (permanent, MSP, hybrid, offshore). Strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies, including resilience, VMware, backup/recovery, replication, and cloud environments (Windows Server, OCI, Linux). Demonstrable experience planning and executing recovery exercises (desktop to full physical end-to-end). Experience liaising with business units, IT teams, and third-party service providers. Desirable Skills & Certifications:

Knowledge of industry standards (BCI's GPG 2018 Framework, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL v4). Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI). ITIL v4 Foundation qualification. Experience with structured project methodologies.
