Discover how you can make a big impact. “Add-On” refers to new work raised by existing clients; it is a high volume and time critical area, after the initial implementation phase clients want to connect to their partners via EDI as quickly as possible. TrueCommerce’s ability to enable and support this work is key for client satisfaction and retention. An Add-On Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of Add-on projects in line with Clients’ expectations and for keeping the Client informed of progress throughout the project. They should have the highest level of technical understanding in all TrueCommerce products, combined with an ambition to provide an excellent client experience. This will be achieved by: Managing designated workloads effectively and in accordance with company best practices and methodologies. Communicating diligently with Clients. Sharing knowledge with colleagues from all areas of the business; being approachable and always portraying a positive attitude. This is a REMOTE opportunity but we expect you to be based in UK/I. As an Add-On Implementation Consultant you will: Reach and maintain a high turnover of project completions without dropping the required level of quality. Support the continuous improvement of True Commerce’s Add-On methodology. To be successful in this role you will require: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience working with high volume customers, with proven ability to keep organised and multi-task. Experience working with customers and projects of varying sizes and complexity. The ability to interact with key stakeholders and manage customer concerns and escalations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications. Problem-solving and investigative skills; finding creative solutions while considering the impact on all parties. XML/Xpath knowledge. Who is TrueCommerce?
