Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ)

to join a leading law firm in the heart of the

City of London . This role will involve working on a variety of clinical negligence cases, including birth injuries, surgical negligence, and medical misdiagnosis. You will be joining a compassionate and client-focused team, known for going the extra mile to secure maximum compensation for those affected by clinical negligence. Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress clinical negligence claims, with a focus on sensitive client care. Report directly to the Department Director and provide technical guidance to junior team members when needed. Handle a diverse caseload, including cases issued in court, with a strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules. Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare case materials. Handle correspondence and ensure compliance with all file management protocols. Maintain accurate time-costing procedures and implement recommendations from monthly file reviews. Skills & Experience

Strong experience in

Clinical Negligence

and

Personal Injury Law , with a proven track record of managing complex cases. A clean and valid Practising Certificate. Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy. Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage privately funded cases and demonstrate initiative in legal advocacy. Experience in

own advocacy
