Opportunity to develop course materials, lesson plans, and schemes of work to support outstanding teaching and learning. Encouraging innovative learning strategies and integrating new technologies in the classroom. Supporting and assessing student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential. Participating in internal verification activities to ensure consistency and compliance. Championing a high-performance culture that fosters continuous improvement.
