To enhance user experience, we’re looking to significantly improve the performance of our current chatbot, leveraging Zendesk and Ultimate AI. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Optimization Specialist with expertise in Zendesk and Ultimate AI to enhance our chatbot's functionality. This role is critical to transforming the chatbot from a reactive support tool into a proactive, user-friendly assistant that provides valuable financial guidance and app-based recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Audit the current chatbot setup to identify underutilized features and areas for improvement. Configure and optimize the Zendesk and Ultimate AI platform to enhance chatbot performance. Implement features enabling the chatbot to provide tailored budgeting advice. Configure the bot to recommend relevant vouchers or coupons (e.g., for florists or suit hire) based on user activities and needs. Facilitate the bot’s ability to assist users in creating dedicated Jars and transferring funds to meet their savings goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align chatbot capabilities with broader business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure the chatbot delivers measurable results. Requirements: Proven expertise in Zendesk and Ultimate AI, with a strong track record of chatbot optimization. Experience designing and implementing proactive chatbot features for improved customer engagement. Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
