People Product Developer & Data Engineer

Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain Power BI and other products to meet our data visualization and reporting needs. The

People Product Developer & Data Engineer

will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to create visually appealing and actionable insights while developing and maintaining data pipelines and architectures, working closely with cross-functional teams to enable informed business decisions. If you have experience in delivering analytics solutions, a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization, and the ability to adapt to new technologies,

we want to hear from you! Principle Accountabilities Collaborate & Translate : Work with product owners, stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Design & Develop : Partner with data analysts to create and maintain Power BI dashboards and other products, ensuring they meet user needs and support business decisions. Support & Document : Provide technical support, conduct user acceptance testing, stay updated on Power BI best practices, and create documentation and training materials for the P&C community. Architect & Assemble : Develop and maintain data architecture for Power BI dashboards, assembling large, complex data sets to meet business requirements. Pipeline Management : Oversee data pipelines, including collection, storage, cleansing, and feature creation, ensuring optimal ETL processes using Azure Databricks, flat files, APIs, etc. Partner & Innovate : Work with IT and data specialists to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data processes while staying updated on the latest data engineering trends and technologies. Key Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or other visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Prism). Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality solutions and adaptability to changing priorities. Proficiency in ETL Processes and Tools with Hands-On Experience. Excellent understanding of database concepts, data modelling, and SQL querying. Proficiency with Azure Suite and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, VBA). Understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value. Workday experience is a plus.
