Working as part of the SSE Group IT Digital Workplace team, you will gain the opportunity to contribute to a global oversight of Microsoft 365 services, specialising in Power Platform. Our Citizen Development product team has adopted DevOps practices and the agile scrum framework for both delivery and support. You'll act as a reference point for both the business and IT colleagues alike – providing subject matter expertise across the Power Platform suite with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. You'll act as part of a Centre of Excellence and serve as a technical reference to advise and support business unit IT development and end user citizen development. You'll support initiatives aligned with the Citizen Development Roadmap, playing a lead role in the administration, governance and end user adoption of all Microsoft Power Platform products. You'll also support the environment strategy for all business units to assure solutions are secure, safe and deliver business value. You'll be responsible for day-to-day management of your own Azure DevOps backlog items covering the full depth and breadth of activities required to enable the organisation to successfully utilise the full capabilities of Power Platform. Act as operational lead with Power Platform and in conjunction with the Citizen Development Product Owner, drive forward SSE's capability with the platform. Monitor usage of Power Platform and perform tenant level administrative tasks. Act as subject matter expert for Power Platform to resolve technical concerns and problems with the platform. Help nurture the Power Platform Community of Practice for citizen developers, IT developers and local business unit admins. Evangelize and promote the Microsoft Power Platform suite of services. What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: Deep skills and experience of Power Platform and the support of citizen development. Knowledge of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit including its implementation, configuration and management. Experience in Azure DevOps and configuration of Power Platform Admin Centre. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise own workload within demanding schedules. Achieved, or working towards, a related advanced Microsoft Certification such as PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant. About our Business
