across different channels like LinkedIn and other job boards through cold-calling and head-hunting to meet your clients' needs and build your own candidate base. Manage a candidate’s end-to-end recruitment experience from interviewing and assessing highly skilled candidates and marketing them to potential employers, to coordinating candidate interview arrangements and feedback, ensuring an efficient process for all parties. Provide in-depth market insight, knowledge, and updates to clients and candidates, building valuable, long-term relationships through regular engagement. Become a Technology market expert , carve out your own niche in your market specialisation, providing expert advice on the market and winning new business for you and your team. Promote yourself and your service offerings via candidate meetings, professional networking, sales marketing, and social media to show that you're the best in the business.
