The Company Our client simply LOVES great food! Operated by industry professionals and delivering a bespoke catering service. A growing company with excellent opportunity for a talented chef manager to gain career progression. The Package Position: Chef Manager Salary: £28,000 Per Annum Bonus: 10% Yearly Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday (Daytime) Holidays: 10 Weeks holiday per year Work Hours: 37.5 Hours a week Term: Term Time Only (39 weeks) Benefits: Regular pay reviews, Pension Scheme, Career progression The Role Prepare fresh food in a small primary catering operation. Run the operation catering for approximately 300 students on site. Manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team. Work in a Monday - Friday business with daytime hours only. The Requirements A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a similar background. A Chef Manager with a genuine love for food. Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP. Experience within cooking environments. A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front.
