Career Teachers are currently recruiting qualified English Teachers to start as soon as possible. We are looking to appoint passionate and dedicated English Teachers who are ideally looking for long-term work and available to start as soon as possible, to meet the high demand for our schools. We work with a wide variety of Secondary Schools in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. We are extremely busy with requests from our schools with the flexibility of working around your commitments with part-time and full-time hours to suit, as well as short-term and long-term assignments, with some leading to permanent contracts. You will need to be resourceful and innovative in your teaching approach and be able to teach all aspects of English at KS3 and 4 with a good track record of teaching and learning outcomes. The role advertised is for temporary supply work. Qualifications & Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in English or related field Right to work in the UK. Experience in teaching English at KS3 and 4 Excellent communication and organisation skills. Passionate and dedicated to teaching and learning. Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS check on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one. Have up-to-date safeguarding training; Career Teachers offer FREE online Safeguarding training.
