Ethan, 8 years old, is a sweet and happy boy living with his parents in Marlow. He has Cerebral Palsy and associated complex health care needs, including epilepsy, visual and hearing impairment, and requires 2:1 support, 24/7. He has a therapy and sensory room and enjoys various activities, including sensory stories and play. Role Overview:
Each shift begins with a review of the epilepsy/seizure management protocol. Care team members prepare emergency medication and oxygen, providing holistic support to meet Ethan's needs. The role includes monitoring vitals and ensuring his comfort and well-being. Who This Job Would Suit:
