Implement scalable processes, optimise inventory, and lead cost-saving initiatives while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Strategic Growth:
Play a key role in the leadership team, contributing to global business strategy, market expansion, and operational excellence. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Lead global S&OP processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimise supply chain performance. About you: Hands-On & Strategic:

Proven experience leading supply chain and operations in a growing SME, start-up, or fast-moving consumer brand. Supply Chain Expertise:
Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, planning, and regulatory compliance (beauty, cosmetics, or consumer health experience is a plus). Change Leader:
Track record of implementing transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborative Communicator:
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
