Papaya Global is a high-growth, award-winning B2B fintech unicorn with a bold mission: transforming how global workforces get paid. With over $400M in funding, we've built a platform that makes hiring, onboarding, managing, and paying employees seamless across 160+ countries. Who are you? You're an agile thinker and versatile writer who knows when to push back and when to dive in. You ask the right questions so you can deliver standout content, and you know how to turn complex concepts into stories that strike a chord in the payments space. What will your day-to-day look like? Craft content that matters – from punchy ad copy to deep-dive industry reports and everything in between – working with our performance, ABX, brand, and product marketing teams, and various company stakeholders. Help shape our brand voice for our diverse workforce and payments solutions Drive campaign content creation alongside the marketing leaders, using your initiative, and knowing when to ship content and when to push back on deadlines. Co-own the content calendar and content pillars, turning market research and ICP/persona insights into original content and messaging that resonates Build genuine relationships with our subject matter experts while diving into the world of global payments, payroll, and other workforce solutions. This role is perfect for scrappy content marketers with a payments focus, who love a mix of creative, brand, technical, and product content in a collaborative, get-things-done environment. It’s not the right fit if you need hardcoded rules and a strict day-to-day. Important: Please include your content portfolio or writing samples with your application – show us your best work! Requirements

Real experience in the payments or fintech space – you understand the market dynamics and speak the language of CFOs and treasury managers. 4+ years of content marketing, copywriting or similar, with hands-on experience in B2B enterprise marketing funnels and sales cycles. Native English speaker with sharp writing skills. A proven track record of creating diverse content throughout the buyer's journey Comfortable running with and owning your projects from concept to launch. You know when to ask for help and when to push back. A natural collaborator and communicator who can comfortably give and receive feedback, stand up for quality work, and measure and refine content performance. Loves AI to help solve problems, synthesize research, and test and map ideas, not as a replacement for clear, original writing.
